At Battersea Fields Practice we try to provide extra support for carers. We have a carers meeting every 6 months.
Future Meeting Date: 12th October 2017 at 2pm at the Austin Rd surgery.
Our Patient Pathway Co-Ordinator ELAINE HIRD is also our Carers Lead. She is available to speak to if you need support as a Carer. We will also help you to maintain your own health. We will also try and help you to balance caring with other aspects of your life, like work and family, looking at both your current and future needs.
