Please use the friends and family feedback form on this website (“the practice” tab). Alternatively you can use your “my GP” app after your appointment, or leave paper feedback – forms available in the waiting room at both sites.
This is a new phone/tablet app that allows you to order your repeat medication or book appointments in advance, and you can also use it to cancel your booked appointments if you need to.
It is quick and easy to register and use. You can also continue to use the EMIS on line app too. Just ask at reception for more information.
If you are a carer for a family member of close friend, we would like to know – it doesn’t matter if you are young or old – there is no upper or lower age limit. We want to involve you in how the practice communicates with carers, and offer additional support to ensure you look after your own health as well as that of the person you care for. We also hold carers meetings periodically, giving you links to other carers and organisations, and giving you the opportunity to talk to us and tell what we can differently that you would find helpful.

Occasionally it is important that we close the practice at lunchtime to allow the whole practice team to meet together for training.
The dates for 2018 are as follows:
Tuesday 25th September 2018
Tuesday 18th December 2018
On these days the surgery will be shut 1-2.30pm. Telephone calls will be redirected to our call handling service, who will contact our emergency GP when necessary.
No reception staff will be available during these times, and you will not be able to gain access to the practice unless arranged with the emergency doctor through the call handing service.
We apologise if this causes you any inconvenience.
