If you have a complaint please contact the Practice Manager in the first instance. You can do this in writing, by email ( [email protected]) by telephone or in person.
We will do our best to listen, and settle any complaints as quickly as possible.
If, after your complaint has be investigated and you have received a response, you remain unhappy you can complain to NHS England. You can also take your complaint to the NHS Ombudsman. The NHS Ombudsman is completely independant of both the NHS and the Government. The details of both of the these organisations are given below:
